To qualify for a refund, you must meet one of the following conditions:

• Eligibility is based on product usage. You are considered ineligible for a refund if you have sent more than 10 message requests through ChatGen during this period.

III. Subscription Cancellation

Canceling Your Subscription: If you purchased a subscription directly through, you may cancel it at any time by:

• Clicking the cancellation link in your purchase confirmation email (if applicable).

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Cancellation disables automatic renewal, but you will retain access to ChatGen until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining time.

Note: Deleting the ChatGen app or removing it from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancellation steps above.

IV. Non-Refundable Items

Additional Packages: Any additional features or packages tied to your main subscription are non-refundable. If your main subscription ends, these packages will also expire.

Free Trials: If you opt for an alternative refund option (e.g., a free trial) at checkout, you waive eligibility for refunds under this policy.

V. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or reverse a payment for ChatGen subscription fees without following this Refund Policy, we reserve the right to:

• Disable or terminate your account immediately for breach of payment obligations.
• Dispute the chargeback with your financial institution, providing evidence of your authorized payment.
